Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Sales Manager for our Warsaw office. The role involves developing new business opportunities in the CEE region, building strong relationships with agencies and clients, and positioning YOC's premium advertising offers in strategic media plans.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing sales, preferably in programmatic advertising, media buying, or ad tech
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising products, programmatic buying, and agency dynamics
- Excellent English language skills (C1/C2 level)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
