Job Description
As Revenue Operations Manager, you will build on existing structures and processes between Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. Your goal is to set up structures, processes, and data in such a way that all teams can work more focused - and the group's overall revenue can grow sustainably.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in one of the following areas: Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations
- Project management with a strong focus on Sales-/Go-to-Market processes
- CRM-/HubSpot environment with close collaboration with Sales & Marketing
- Excellent analytical skills and secure handling of numbers, reports, and KPIs
- Profound experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM system
- Secure handling of collaboration tools (e.g. Monday.com) and Microsoft 365
- High communication skills: you can speak with Sales, Marketing, and Management on equal footing
- Work style: structured, self-reliant, reliable - you stick to topics
- Languages: very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
