Job Description
This position has a key strategic support role within the eCommerce Team. The Inside Sales Representative will serve as a primary sales support and revenue-driving partner for eCommerce opportunities, managing outbound and inbound sales communication, partnering with the Customer Service team, and collaborating cross-functionally with other teams to support sales initiatives and resolve issues impacting revenue.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, customer support, or account coordination (preferably in home furnishings, design, or manufacturing)
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload with accuracy, speed, and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
