Warehouse Associate

This position plays an important role in supporting the efficient operation of the distribution center.

Requirements

• Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists, RF scanners, or other warehouse management system tools
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring products are properly packaged, labeled, and staged for carrier pickup
• Perform quality inspections on picked and packed orders to verify correct items, quantities, and packaging
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments from trucks and other transport vehicles
• Assist with receiving activities including verifying incoming shipments, unloading product, inspecting for damage, and accurately stocking inventory
• Support inventory control processes including cycle counts, stock checks, and maintaining accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas
• Maintain the physical condition of warehouse equipment
• Follow all warehouse operating procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies
• Work collaboratively with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet daily shipping, receiving, and operational goals
• Support other warehouse functions as needed to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment
