Requirements
- Proven background in internal communications environment
- Previous experience of managing and developing internal communications plans, strategies, processes, and activities
- Ability to pro-actively drive and create content that colleagues want to engage with
- Skilled storyteller with excellent communication skills
- Experience in managing strategic and tactical communications and engagement for change programmes
