Network Operations Technician

Network Operations Technician role based at Yorkshire Water's Knostrop Wastewater site, working in the Wastewater industry on a 4 on 4 off rotational 40-hour work pattern. Key responsibilities include delivering first-time fix solutions to customer and environmental problems, maintaining sewerage networks, and working with various internal and external teams to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service-related role with face-to-face communication with customers
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to find faults and diagnose the root cause of an issue
• Rational problem-solving skills
• Basic IT skills
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Valid full driving licence with no more than 6 points
• Passion for maintaining safe working practices and procedures
• Comfortable working in all weathers
