Network Operations Technician role at Yorkshire Water. The role involves working in a rotational 40-hour work pattern on a 4 on 4 off basis, including late, early, and weekend work patterns. Requirements
- Practical mindset with hands-on approach to work tasks
- Previous experience in customer service-related role with face-to-face communication with customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to find faults and diagnose root cause of issue
- Rational problem-solving skills and basic IT skills
- Flexibility to work varied rotas and out-of-hours standby rota
- Ability to work within confined spaces and pass strict medical criteria
- Full valid driving license with no more than 6 points
