Job Description
Join Yorkshire Water as a Senior Project Engineer to help deliver exceptional service for our customers while protecting the environment. You will be responsible for providing technical supervision and line management of a team of Project Technicians, technically managing and coordinating the design and safe delivery of engineered MEICA projects, and ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and YW Engineering specification.
Requirements
- Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Process based apprenticeship or Engineering degree or equivalent
- ONC/HNC/BTEC in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Process Engineering
- SMSTS trained
- Understanding of control of works – Permits, POWRA, RAMS etc
- Good understanding of the design and project delivery process including hazard identification, risk assessment and site supervision
- Experience working in a regulated utility or major asset management / delivery with a wide-ranging asset base
- Previous experience in a commercially orientated and or regulated environment
