Requirements

• 3+ years experience in leasing, property management, or related field
• Proven ability to meet and exceed occupancy goals

• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Ontario rental laws and regulations
