Job Description
Confidential Search: MLB Player Agent. Lead talent acquisition and contract negotiations across MLB, MiLB, and the international free agent market.
Requirements
- MLBPA Certification (Required)
- 3+ years of experience representing MLB or MiLB athletes or negotiating baseball contracts
- Demonstrated success in player signings or arbitration settlements
- Deep relationships within MLB front offices, scouting departments, and Latin American academies
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
