Legal Counsel (US Qualified: Commercial/ Fintech)

YouLend is seeking a top-performing, smart and motivated individual to join their legal team in London. The role will require advising the US business across a wide range of practice areas, including product, tech, commercial negotiation, regulatory, and capital markets, while also advising across other markets in the UK and EU.

Requirements

• Supporting the commercial team in negotiating major partnerships
• Working cross-functionally with all arms of the business to provide pragmatic and business-minded legal advice
• Structuring and refreshing product offerings and partnership models
• Conducting ongoing review and updating merchant financing agreements
• Driving development and launch of innovative financing products
• Managing corporate governance and structuring matters for the US business
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial contracts and other legal documents
