Donor Relations Advisor

Young Americans for Liberty is hiring a Donor Relations Advisor to build and maintain relationships with donors, asking them to continue investing in the mission. The role involves traveling for donor tours, meeting face-to-face, and communicating the impact of their giving. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, follow-through, and discretion.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, fundraising, or donor relations with a track record of asking for and closing financial commitments
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with individuals across different backgrounds
• Comfortable having direct conversations about money and asking for continued support
• Ability to travel frequently and independently manage all aspects of travel, including transportation and in-person meetings
• Organized and reliable, with the ability to track communication and manage a donor portfolio
• Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive donor information with discretion
