Field Communications Specialist

Young Americans for Liberty (YAL) is hiring a Field Communications Specialist to capture and transform compelling stories from the field into usable content for marketing and communications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in journalism, communications, storytelling, preferably in political/nonprofit environments
• Proven ability to conduct interviews and extract strong narratives
• Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and structure
• Political or movement fluency and comfort working in advocacy environments
• Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable following up across teams
