Job Description
The Early Childhood Lead Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing the daily program for children in the Pre-K classroom, ensuring program excellence and developing quality care of the highest standard.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Early Childhood or a related field
- Experience leading groups of children, including infants and toddlers
- Knowledge of various resources for programming ideas and the skills to utilize that information in directing daily activities
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification
