Job Description
The Lifeguard will uphold the rules and guidelines of the pool to ensure the safest environment for all members, while also demonstrating YMCA leadership competencies.
Requirements
- Must be at least 15 years of age.
- Must have current YMCA or Red Cross Lifeguarding, CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid Certification.
- Must have O2 Administration or obtain within 30 days of employment.
- Must possess good communication skills to deliver excellent member service.
