Operations Manager responsible for supervising and managing financial services, communications, administrative resources, and human resource functions to support operations at the Corning branch of the YMCA of Greater Rochester.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a high school diploma. A Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Must have at least three years’ of administrative and supervisory experience.
- Proven experience in accounting, financial systems, computer technology, human resources/payroll, and general business procedures are required.
- Must be self-motivated, hands on team leader with strong communications, networking and collaboration skills.
