Operations Manager

Operations Manager responsible for supervising and managing financial services, communications, administrative resources, and human resource functions to support operations at the Corning branch of the YMCA of Greater Rochester.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a high school diploma. A Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Must have at least three years’ of administrative and supervisory experience.
• Proven experience in accounting, financial systems, computer technology, human resources/payroll, and general business procedures are required.
• Must be self-motivated, hands on team leader with strong communications, networking and collaboration skills.
