Job Description
The Facilities Technician supports the mission, vision, and values of the Youngstown Area Jewish Federation by performing high-quality custodial and facility support services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior custodial, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred but not required
- Physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds; bend, reach, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean and orderly spaces
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
