Data Collection Operations Specialist – AI Training Data (Contract)

Help build the datasets that power tomorrow's AI breakthroughs by designing and executing high-volume data collection pipelines across multiple projects. As a detail-oriented operations specialist, you will manage participant journeys, optimize processes, and ensure quality control while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in data operations, crowdsourcing platforms, content moderation, or research operations
• Proven track record meeting aggressive KPIs while maintaining quality standards
• Experience managing 100+ participants or contributors simultaneously
• Natural systems thinker who sees opportunities to improve workflows
• Experience building processes from scratch in fast-moving environments
• Comfortable identifying the right tools and platforms for different operational challenges
• Outstanding written English with ability to explain complex processes simply
• Experience providing technical support via email, chat, or ticketing systems
• Multilingual abilities are a major plus given our global participant base
