Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Documentation Writer to modernize and clarify the technical documentation for a financial banking solution system. The ideal candidate will have experience in the banking industry, strong analytical and communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Requirements
- Banking industry experience with familiarity in financial systems or software
- Experience working with IBMi Series and/or RPG systems (highly desirable)
- Strong analytical skills to reverse-engineer undocumented systems
- Exceptional communication and technical writing skills
- Collaborative mindset to engage with developers, engineers, and stakeholders
