Senior Cloud Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking to add a Senior Cloud Engineer to our team to design and evolve AWS architecture for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency. The role reports to the Director of Platform Services and is a remote position.

What You Will Do

Design and evolve AWS architecture, standardize infrastructure patterns, design and maintain build and deployment pipelines, implement monitoring and alerting, and diagnose and resolve production incidents.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires 5+ years of AWS serverless architecture and administration experience, as well as strong communication and troubleshooting skills. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can learn quickly and manage multiple projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years AWS serverless architecture and administration
• 2+ years Infrastructure as Code
• 2+ years Creating CI/CD pipelines for web deployment and dbt
• 2+ years IAM and cloud security
• 2+ years Cloud networking basics
• 2+ years RDS administration
