Job Description
We are searching for a Lead Frontend Engineer who combines a passion for coding with leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, spending 70% of their time coding and 30% leading, mentoring, and guiding the team toward technical excellence.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with TypeScript and React
- Proven ability to implement, manage, and simplify state in React applications
- Demonstrated skill in optimizing frontend performance
- Leadership experience with a focus on mentoring and guiding engineers
- Enthusiasm for working in a high-paced, excellence-driven environment
- Experience implementing unit tests and end-to-end tests
- Experience setting up frontend observability and monitoring
- Knowledge of Reactflow, GitHub actions, and Vite
