Behavioral Health Technician

Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) provides intense individualized mental health interventions and support services in community-based settings to children/adolescents with psychiatric diagnoses and their families.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and ability to completed 40+ hours of training
• Minimum of 2 years of experience of provision of behavioral health services
• Behavioral Health Certification or Behavior Analysis Certification from accredited organization
• Certification as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)
• Experience working with at-risk youth and families
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
