Job Description
The Chief Financial Officer will lead enterprise-wide budget development, provide clear financial analysis and reporting, and serve as a trusted financial advisor to the CEO and senior leadership. Additionally, they will drive continued progress toward fiscal stability and growth, and partner closely with billing, accounting, and direct service leadership to ensure financial processes support operational realities and mission delivery.
Requirements
- Master's degree in accounting or related field
- Certified Public Accountant Certification (CPA)
- Minimum 10 years of financial analysis and c-suite communication experience
- Proficient in MS 365 Suite and cloud-based financial software
- Strong organizational, leadership, supervisory and communication skills
