Court Liaison serves as the key point of communication between Youth Advocate Programs and the court system. This role coordinates the flow of information, ensures timely submission of legal documents, schedules for court appearances, and facilitates communication between attorneys, law enforcement, probation officers, and court personnel.
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor's is preferred but not required
- Required High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in legal, law enforcement, or administrative setting
- Familiarity with court procedures, legal documentation, and case documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage
- Bilingual - Spanish Speaking is a plus
