Job Description
Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking an Employment Specialist to plan, develop, and implement employment-related services and life skills trainings to support individuals in achieving their goals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of paid or volunteer experience working with young adults and/or adults
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance
- Bi-Lingual/Spanish speaking is a plus
