Job Description
The Family Intervention Specialist is responsible for providing direct services to children and families, adhering to the YAP wraparound advocacy model and working with an Individualized Service Plan. The position requires a Master's Degree in a related field, at least one year of experience working with children and families, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in a related field
- Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
- At least one year of experience working with children and families
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using an electronic health record (EHR) system
- Bilingual/Spanish speaking
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage
