The Program Director is responsible for the overall administration of the Onondaga County Program, including provision of participant services, personnel management, and budget management.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Health and Human Services area (i.e. Social Work, Psychology, Counseling) is preferred
- At least one (1) year previous experience in managing personnel and budgets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using an electronic health record (EHR) system is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance coverage
