The Qualified Mental Health Professional – Community Services (QMHP-CS) provides Targeted Case Management and Rehabilitative Services to youth with serious emotional disturbances and their families.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in a human service-related field, as defined by Texas Administrative Code
- 25 billable hours of skills training or routine case management required per week (Bachelor's Level)
- 25 billable hours of skills training or routine case management required per week (Master's Level)
- Experience in the provision of home and community-based services
- CPR/First Aid Certification a plus
- Behavior Management (MANDT) Certification a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience using an electronic health record system is a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- ASL is a plus
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance coverage
- Flexible scheduling, evenings and weekends may be required
