Qualified Mental Health Professional

The Qualified Mental Health Professional – Community Services (QMHP-CS) provides Targeted Case Management and Rehabilitative Services to youth with serious emotional disturbances and their families.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in a human service-related field, as defined by Texas Administrative Code
• 25 billable hours of skills training or routine case management required per week (Bachelor's Level)
• 25 billable hours of skills training or routine case management required per week (Master's Level)
• Experience in the provision of home and community-based services
• CPR/First Aid Certification a plus
• Behavior Management (MANDT) Certification a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience using an electronic health record system is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• ASL is a plus
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance coverage
• Flexible scheduling, evenings and weekends may be required
