The Vice President is responsible for the overall development and administration of the programs in the Mid-Atlantic Region, including participant services, personnel management, and budget management.
Requirements
- Master's degree preferred
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in the management and motivation of staff
- Commensurate experience in community-based agency programs such as advocate services, community reintegration/re-entry, and alternative to detention/aftercare knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other database software systems; Knowledge of an Electronic Health Record System (EHR) is a plus
- Position requires reliable, insured transportation, current auto insurance coverage, and valid driver's license
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish) speaking is a plus
