Strategic Partnerships Manager

The Strategic Partnerships Manager leads efforts to advance YouthBuild Global's mission by integrating workforce development, skilled training, and certification as critical components of the organization's programmatic offerings. This role is responsible for stewarding new and managing existing partnerships in the US and internationally.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary point of contact for established and emerging domestic and international corporate and employment partners
• Develop and implement plans to introduce new partners to the YB network
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to prioritize partner activity that supports strategic objectives
• Lead the creation, refinement, and sharing of tools and resources related to YouthBuild hiring partnerships
