Accountant / Senior Accountant

YouTrip is a leading multi-currency payment platform in Asia Pacific seeking an Accountant/Senior Accountant to join its fast-growing regional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and analysing daily reports, reconciling client account balances, and supporting annual statutory audit and taxation matters.

Requirements

• 2-3 years or above experience in preparing full set of accounts and month-end closing
• Degree/Diploma in Accounting or member of a professional accounting body
• Firm grasp of basic understanding of accounting, financial reporting principles and practices and tax law
• Ability to work well in teams and independently
• Great attention to detail; Strong work ethics, with a capability to manage confidential data and communicate with stakeholders
• Experience in payment industry would be an advantage; Interest in working for a fintech start-up and enjoy working with numbers
• Open mind with a willingness to learn; Proactive and possess excellent organizing skill
• Possesses at least intermediate skills in Ms Excel and/or Googlesheet
