YouTrip is a multi-currency payment platform in Asia Pacific, seeking an IT System Administrator to provide IT system setup and technical support to employees. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills and a thorough understanding of information technology, including hardware, software, networking, and information security.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking or other related disciplines.
- Good working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, information security, computer systems, hardware, and software
- Experience supporting hardware and software issues on Mac, and Windows, operating systems
- Working knowledge of networking protocols and setup, such as ethernet, wireless network, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
- Experience with modern SaaS tools and open-source software is desirable
- Strong written documentation skills (ticket notes, SOPs, runbooks, troubleshooting guides, user guides)
- Strong ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with internal and external teams
- Good communication, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination skills
