Civil Engineering Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for supervising the development of complex projects, participating in defining project specifications, planning implementation, and drawing up budget. They will coordinate the work of various participants and ensure that development methods, timelines, and costs are observed.

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering from an accredited college or university
• Registered Professional Engineer in New Jersey or New York
• 8+ years of engineering management experience
• Proven ability to identify, develop and mentor talent
• Excellent listening, written and oral communication skills
• Effectively manage projects from concept through completion
• Proven leadership and decision-making skills
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities
• Demonstrated record of ethics and high standards
• Strong technical writing, communication skills and interpersonal skills
