Job Description
Business Analyst I position to work with Management and teams to execute automation opportunities and develop automation solutions using Excel VBA, Sharepoint, and custom scripts.
Requirements
- Work closely with Management and assigned functions/teams/stakeholders to execute automation opportunities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Document business and technical requirements clearly and concisely.
- Develop, test, and implement automation solutions using Excel VBA, Sharepoint, SQL, MS Power Platforms, and other custom scripts.
- Act as a liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and constraints.
- Perform root cause analysis and optimize processes before automating.
- Develop process maps, SOPs, and user guides for automated solutions.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support.
- Monitor and maintain automation scripts, ensuring performance and uptime.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Provide training to end-users on newly implemented tools or automation workflows.
