Job Description
We are building the payment infrastructure that allows all companies to participate in the global market. As an Engineering Manager for Payment Integrations, you will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for the full lifecycle of payment integrations, from architecture and development to deployment and production stability.
Requirements
- Lead and develop a high-performing integrations engineering team
- Mentor engineers at all levels
- Own the full technical lifecycle of integrations with PSPs, acquirers, and gateways
- Drive hands-on technical contribution
- Define and enforce best practices
- Guide architectural decisions
- Champion an AI-first engineering culture
- Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, and Business stakeholders
- Ensure secure software development practices are embedded across the team
- Drive the evolution of APIs and integration frameworks
