The Facilities Maintenance Manager/Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of building systems and infrastructure within a large-scale warehouse and distribution campus.
Requirements
- Oversee daily maintenance operations for a large warehousing and distribution campus
- Manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs
- Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance technicians and support staff
- Develop and manage a preventative maintenance (PM) schedule
- Analyze maintenance data to identify recurring issues and implement reliability improvements
- Manage third-party vendors and contractors
- Ensure facility compliance with OSHA, local building codes, fire safety regulations, and environmental requirements
