Senior Yard Operations Manager

The Senior Yard Operations Manager oversees all yard operations, including trailer/container movement, dock coordination, asset tracking, and yard safety. This position manages gate personnel, yard drivers, yard equipment, movement of units within the campus, shuttles to offsite yards and yard inventory. The individual will work in a dynamic matrix organization leading change initiatives to drive continuous improvement internally.

Requirements

• Lead and oversee all day-to-day yard operations
• Manage yard personnel (gate clerks, yard drivers, and supervisors)
• Coordinate closely with warehouse, transportation, and logistics teams
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
