The Occupational Safety and Health Practitioner will support the Occupational Safety and Health Management System to provide a service focused on prevention, health care, and compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Support all SST processes, including the promotion and prevention of physical and mental well-being of workers, and the minimization of work accidents and occupational diseases.
- Follow up on training activities, events, and talks planned within the SST program, ensuring the successful development of the same.
- Document Occupational Safety and Health activities to maintain records and order of activities performed.
- Support the use of virtual tools for ergonomic and safety inspections.
- Manage and schedule meetings with internal committees (COPASST, Conviviality Committee, and Emergency Brigade).
- Update the documentation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System.
- Execute the Active Breaks program (documentation, execution, and follow-up).
- Maintain updated records, formats, and documents of the SST Management System, ensuring traceability and order in the information.
- Support the use of digital platforms and tools for the realization of ergonomic and safety inspections in the work environment.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with COPASST, Conviviality Committee, and Emergency Brigade, ensuring continuity and documentation of sessions.
- Review and update SST Management System documents in accordance with normative or internal changes that apply.
- Plan, execute, and follow-up on the Active Breaks program, including documentation and execution reports.
