Infant/Toddler Teacher Assistant (part time) 12:30-5:30 pm West Hartford

YWCA Hartford Region is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher Assistant to join our team. The Teacher Assistant will assist the Head Teacher in providing a supportive, respectful, safe, and healthy environment for children enrolled in YWCA Hartford Region Early Learning Centers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Demonstrated ability to develop age-appropriate exhibits and activities for the classroom
• Basic knowledge of the principles of Child Development
• 18 years of age or older
• CPR/First Aid certification or certification within two months of employment
