The Executive Assistant provides executive support to the CEO/ED of YWCA of Lubbock, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external visitors, and overseeing special projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficient knowledge with computers and software programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Effective time management and adaptability
- Ability to review work and ensure conformance to standards
- Good leadership skills and positive attitude
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to work irregular hours and travel occasionally
