Job Description
The Social Worker will provide social services to children and families to help them function better socially, emotionally, and psychologically, and support the adjustment of children with special needs within the YWCA's childcare programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work
- Relevant license and certification
- Very strong communication skills
- High levels of patience and tolerance
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to different children's needs
- Professional appearance and mannerism
- Ability to relate well with a variety of populations
