Early Learning Specialist

Early Learning Specialist position at YWCA Seattle King Snohomish, responsible for providing home visits to families with young children, modeling educational interactions, and maintaining accurate case files.

Requirements

• Valid Washington State Driver License
• Personal vehicle, insurance, and an acceptable driving record
• Experience working with young children and knowledge of child development
• Experience doing community outreach
• Bilingual - Somali speaking preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills of basic computer competencies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working effectively & respectfully in a multicultural setting
• Experience working with communities of color and people from different cultures
