Job Description
The after-school care program provides quality supervision for students who need childcare after school hours. Care is provided until all students are picked up by their parents at 6 pm. Workers are expected to be calm, positive, and maintain a nurturing atmosphere.
Requirements
- Observe, monitor, and participate in children's play activities.
- Efficiently redirect inappropriate student behaviors.
- Foster and support students' spiritual, academic, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Standing for extended periods and walking around.
- Carry at least 10 pounds
- Ability to communicate with supervisor and parents.
- Reporting problems to supervisor or principal
