Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Saint Mary Magdalen Catholic Parish is seeking an experienced administrative assistant and receptionist to support its mission by serving members, visitors, and staff. The role involves providing administrative support, handling communications, managing office operations, and maintaining a welcoming reception area. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least three years’ experience performing administrative and executive support duties
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Efficient organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office, PDS)
• Team player with experience in co-work
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Valid Florida driver’s license
