Requirements
- 2+ years in creative strategy for paid social (TikTok, Meta, or similar)
- Proven track record of creating concepts that scale in paid campaigns
- Deep understanding of UGC and street interview content styles
- Strong copywriting chops
- Comfortable working with raw footage, storyboarding, and giving precise edit notes
- Highly organized with fast-turnaround adaptability
- Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and clients
