We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Strategist to drive high-performing ad creatives for paid campaigns across social media platforms. As a Creative Strategist, you will lead the creative direction for paid advertising campaigns, collaborating closely with media buyers, video editors, and graphic designers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Creative Strategist or similar role for paid ads
• Strong understanding of social media advertising across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
• Ability to create high-performing, fast-paced video and static ad content
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret testing data
• Exceptional communication skills and teamwork mentality
• Perfectionist attitude with strong attention to detail
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple briefs and creative projects simultaneously
