Job Description
Meta Media Buyer position at a fast-growing performance marketing company. The successful candidate will help build the Meta department from the ground up, working directly with the founder and leadership team to shape processes, set standards, and drive strategy for eCommerce, lead gen, and affiliate clients across the U.S., UK, Australia, and Canada.
Requirements
- Build, launch, and scale Meta ad campaigns across eCommerce, lead gen, and affiliate offers.
- Strategically manage client accounts with P&L-level ownership focused on ROAS, growth, and profitability.
- Develop and test creative strategies (video, static, UGC), collaborating closely with our creative and design teams.
- Lead client strategy calls, report on performance, and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.
- Set up and manage technical tracking systems (pixels, CAPI, GTM, server-side setups, aggregated events).
- Collaborate with our Meta lead and internal teams to define processes, testing frameworks, and best practices for future hires.
