Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Performance DTC Ads Buyer to own and scale paid media across multiple brands, with a focus on building channel-specific strategies, executing advanced bidding strategies, and working closely with a Creative Strategist.
Requirements
- 3ā5+ years of hands-on performance media buying experience
- Proven experience scaling ad accounts above $200,000+ per month in spend
- Advanced experience with Meta Ads (primary platform)
- Secondary experience or strong ramp-up capability on TikTok, Pinterest, and Axon (AppLovin)
- Strong working knowledge of Triple Whale
- Advanced understanding of cost caps and bid caps
- Exceptional numerical and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong understanding of attribution, pixels, conversion signals, and server-side tracking
