Nuclear Engineer I Mechanical - Internship

Perform engineering and design activities involving power plant upgrades and/or new power plant projects, assist with calculations, modifications, and designs, and work on project teams to evaluate conditions and develop design changes.

Requirements

• BS in mechanical engineering from an ABET accredited university
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles for application in solving problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Effective time management skills, ability to pass security and drug screening, maintain unescorted nuclear plant access
• Ability to perform walk downs of equipment in an industrial plant environment
