Job Description
This role is for a Heat and Mass Balance Lead to develop Combined Cycle Power Projects, requiring strong leadership and technical expertise. The engineer will interface with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define project scope, prepare equipment documentation, and provide technical expertise. They will also evaluate equipment bids and prepare reports.
Requirements
- Serve as a Heat and Mass Balance Lead to develop HMB on Combined Cycle Power Projects
- Provide strong leadership to help develop scope documents
- Interface with the Owner to define scope and develop scopes of work for proposal packages
- Perform equipment technical bid evaluations and prepare recommendations
- Review equipment vendor documents for compliance to project specifications and industry standards
- Develop job notes and technical scopes of work
- Prepare man-hour estimates for proposals
- Attend Client, Vendor, and Internal Team meetings
- Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques
- Provide specific technical expertise to other personnel
- Supervise, coordinate, and review work of a small staff
